WHAT IS BUSINESS TEAM?
BUSINESS TEAM is a "member-based" Marketing and Training organization established in 2008.
BUSINESS TEAM creates relationships with selected affiliated companies, to provide marketing opportunities for business-minded people.
BUSINESS TEAM Members are predominantly part-time people working together within a structured business system to achieve common goals of "Better Income" "Better Health" and "Better Lifestyle".

BUSINESS TEAM Members may be located anywhere in the world where income payments may be legally made through normal banking systems or by the online processor PayPal.
WHAT IS BUSINESS TEAM PROPERTY CO-OPERATIVE?
Business Team Property Co-operative Ltd (cipc reg 2018/001012/24) is a member owned 'consumer' co-operative.
Its purpose is to administer property purchases and sales on behalf of its members, and to mentor and educate its members in all aspects of its functionality.
It is established to provide access to the property market and to enable its members to take advantage of the natural growth of that market.
HOW DO I BECOME A CO-OP MEMBER?
You may become a Co-op Member by filling in an Application Form and paying the Co-op annual subscription fee of R250.
Subject to acceptance by the board.
HOW DO I BECOME A MARKETER?
You may become a marketer by filling in an Application Form and paying the Marketer Registration Fee of R250.
Marketer registration entitles you to sell / promote all products of the Co-op and all the companies with which BUSINESS TEAM is currently or may become affiliated with.
You are then entitled to access the business training and commence marketing.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET STARTED?
South Africa, Namibia, Lesotho, Swaziland is R250.00 (Marketer Registration)

WHAT DO I GET AS A MARKETER?
1 . A 'ready to go' Local and International marketing opportunity.
2. You get linking to the affiliated companies for wholesale supply and for direct commissions / benefits of those companies.
3. You get BUSINESS TEAM administration services for "Power of Three" bonuses and ongoing business development.
4. You get access to BUSINESS TEAM training for yourself and your marketing teams.
5. You get TEAM support to ensure GROWTH.
6. You get opportunity to enter the Leadership Development programme.
7. You get linked to our Airtime Service Provider in South Africa to receive your wholesale facility.
8. You get a new sim card with the embedded sales program for airtime (ALL Networks) and Escom electricity sales
9. Your RICA registration is done.
10. You get the opportunity to become a Group Leader / Trainer - by entering the Leadership Development Programme.
WHAT DO I GET AS A CO-OP MEMBER?
1 . A Co-op Membership Certificate.
2. You get the ability to acquire and own an unlimited number of property shares.
3. You get the ability to market Memberships with Shares for commission income.
4. You get access to Mentoring and Training in all aspects of the Co-op operations and marketing.
5. You get a proportionate share in the profits made from the sale of properties administered by the Co-op on behalf of its members.
6. You get the opportunity to become a Director of a new Co-operative.
HOW DO I PAY ?
Pay for your Membership and Marketer Registration by EFT or at ATM into the Co-op Business Team Account.
Pay for Property Shares by EFT into the Co-op Property Fund Account.
ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS?
An annual Co-op subscription Fee of R250 in South Africa , Namibia , Lesotho , Swaziland, and $ 20.00 (TWENTY DOLLARS) elsewhere.
It may be deducted from the first commission of each year if you request that option.
Costs associated with your personal activities are to you own account and are deductible in your personal business accounts.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TAX?
Your bonuses and commissions will be paid without the deduction of tax.
You are responsible for your personal and business taxes in terms of the Laws of the Country in which you reside.
However, and a Co-op Member you are entitled to make business related deductions before arriving at your 'taxable income'
Advice is available to members in that regard, and tax services are available at reduced costs for members.
WHEN DO I GET PAID?
Airtime Sales: Sales are cash in your hand as you make the sale.
"Power of Three" bonuses: Paid in a continuous cycle on a monthly basis.
Commissions from affiliated companies are paid in accordance with the compensation plans of the affiliated companies.
Property Sales Profits: Paid after each completed sale to participating members.
Property Leasing Dividends: Paid Annually on income generated from leasing of property in the Co-op portfolio.
Special Bonuses: Paid from 'time to time' in accordance with the qualification criteria set for each instance.
Foreign payments made using the First National Bank of South Africa telephone banking systems or PayPal on a monthly basis.
WHAT IS MY "POWER OF THREE" PAY ZONE?
"Power of Three" bonuses are unlimited based on your personal work.
HOW MANY PEOPLE MAY I MENTOR?
This is not a "recruiting" program.
You are permitted to increase your marketer team ONLY WHEN your have achieved "Power of Three" and effectively mentored them.
You may then "add one more" to work with in the same way.
Business Team administrators will monitor that activity to ensure compliance.
CAN MY EXISTING BUSINESS BE A MARKETER?
YES - A business entity may be registered as a marketer, in which case, income generated by the activity of 'its' people will accrue to that entity.
BUSINESS TEAM BONUSES are activated only when a sale of a product is concluded.
CAN I BECOME A LEADER?
BUSINESS TEAM MARKETERS who follow the process and apply the 'Power of Three' marketing system effectively may apply to enter the LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME.

ALL BUSINESS TEAM marketers agree to receive marketing literature, ongoing training documents, event notices, and other support material by email and text messaging .
